For the safety of our guests and employees, our housekeeping staff will not enter your room during your stay. You are welcome to request
towels or other amenities. Our staff is available to serve you from 9 am to 9pm.

​As owners of the 5th St Inn, we want to reassure you that we are doing
everything we can to keep you and your family safe. We provide a safe and
secure remote check-in process with very limited interaction with our
employees. We will not be doing daily housekeeping as part of our
commitment to keep you and your family as well as our employees safe. If
your on a extended stay please let us know by 1:00 p.m. if you need any
things like extra towels , coffee ,shampoo. All rooms and exterior doors
are disinfected with products that are highly recommended and used in
hospitals and restaurants. You can be assured our rooms have been thou
roughly cleaned, including but not limited to : light switches , clocks ,
remotes , door handles and all surfaces that have possibly been touched.
If you’ll be arriving after 9:00 pm. please give us a call 209-966-6048 after 3 pm and we can
give you your secure door code and the free WiFi password for your room.
We will charge your card on our remote terminal 24 – 48 hours before you
arrive and send you a e-mail of the bill.

OUR NORMAL OPERATION POLICIES:
WHEN YOU ARRIVE, please just use our courtesy phone located at the front of the Inn. You will receive a secure door code to your private entrance. We will also provide you with our free wireless access code. 209-966-6048. Check in is at 3 PM and Check out is 11 AM. (Reception hours may vary during winter season but access is always available by phone). CLOSED DUE TO COVID UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE
Now for the serious portion:
CANCELLATION POLICY: A $25 cancellation fee PER ROOM will be charged for ANY cancellation after your reservation is secured. Cancellations made within 72 hrs prior of the date of your stay or a “NO SHOW” will be charged for the FULL AMOUNT OF the stay and the room will be considered available to other guests. The Fifth Street Inn is a non-smoking establishment. When reserving a room, you the guest agree and authorize the Fifth Street Inn to charge me an additional $100 or more towards special cleaning costs if anyone in my party smokes in this room in violation of this policy. The 5th Street Inn does not allow pets.
“5th Street Inn does not charge extra per person for up to the maximum occupancy. However, MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is clearly stated on your reservation. We are not able to increase the occupancy due to the fire Marshall rules. All guests must sleep in the beds provided and we cannot add additional beds. We cannot allow guests to sleep on the floor or on other furniture or travel mattresses. The rules for our guest house are very firm. If you have EXCEEDED THE MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY for your room, you will be asked to leave and guest will be charged for the full reservation.”The Fifth Street Inn is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to articles left in your room or vehicle.
